Welcome to Radiodaddy Private Limited (“Radiodaddy”, “the App”). By accessing or using Radiodaddy, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

  • Radiodaddy is intended solely for educational and informational purposes in the field of radiology.
  • The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to unauthorized access, distribution of harmful code, or violation of applicable laws.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
  • Any activity carried out under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, graphics, designs, and software within the App are the property of Radiodaddy Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Important Disclaimer on RADS Systems

This application/tool/content incorporates structured reporting frameworks commonly referred to as “RADS” systems (including but not limited to BI-RADS®, PI-RADS®, LI-RADS®, O-RADS®, TI-RADS®, NI-RADS™, CAD-RADS™, C-RADS™, Bone-RADS™, and related systems). These systems are developed, published, and owned by their respective professional organizations, including the American College of Radiology (ACR) and other specialty societies.

Decision Support Only — Not a Medical Device

This tool is provided for educational, academic, and clinical decision-support purposes only. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a diagnostic system, and NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment. Outputs generated by this tool do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or clinical decision.

Radiologist Responsibility

Final interpretation, categorization, and management decisions must be made by a qualified physician, typically a board-certified radiologist. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying imaging findings
  • Correlating with clinical history, laboratory data, and prior imaging
  • Applying the most current official guidelines
  • Communicating results appropriately to referring clinicians

No Affiliation or Endorsement

This tool is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by the American College of Radiology or any other professional society. References to RADS systems are used solely for descriptive and educational purposes.

Guideline Versions and Updates

RADS systems are periodically updated. While reasonable efforts are made to align with published versions (e.g., BI-RADS®, LI-RADS®, CAD-RADS™ 2.0, etc.), users must independently confirm applicability to current clinical practice. The developers do not guarantee that the logic reflects the most recent revisions at all times.

By Using This Tool

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are a trained medical professional or a learner under supervision
  • You understand the limitations of automated decision support
  • You accept full responsibility for any clinical use

Limitation of Liability

  • Radiodaddy Private Limited and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any RADS calculators.
  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of this tool is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Regulatory Status

This tool has not been evaluated or approved by regulatory authorities (including FDA, CE, or equivalent bodies). It should not be used as the sole basis for any clinical decision or patient management.

Modification of Terms

  • Radiodaddy Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Government of India, Pune High Court, Maharashtra.
